Let Us Not Forget

Wow what an exceptionally busy time we have had. In the midst of writing all of my travel entries I realized that I had forgotten a few people and places. Yikes.

We stopped by Hilo Coffee Mill, located in Puna, just down the road from Tony. It's a really neat little gift shop offering none other than coffee and lots of cool gift ideas made right here in Hawaii.

Their brochure states that Hilo Coffee Mill is working diligently to bring East Hawaii coffee to the forefront of the world market and add East Hawaii to the list of "Best Coffee Growing Regions Worldwide.

The gals in the picture were very nice and talked story with us for a while. We sampled some delicious Eastside coffees and bid them farewell as we headed in to Kea'au to meet with Tony's friend Darlene.

In the midst of my visit Tony has been working on Darlene's website Touch Of Aloha Jewelry. Lots of neat one of a kind handmade jewelry created with a touch of aloha to check out.

Here I am showing RG my favorite produce vendor at the Kea'au Marketplace. This is where I had the picture of me with the pineapples taken so so so long ago.
