Future Participants:
I apologize for the shuffling of the participation order below. In some cases a participant is offering to take them to a specific event or location at a specific time. I will then have Bud sent to a few people in that immediate area in an attempt to hasten the participation.

In order to expose Bud to a diverse range of travels and types of participation I have arranged things to make sure it happens.

Sadly, there have been months literally wasted due to lack of participation by a few people and mail delays. There is just nothing I can do about that but be patient and wait for people to send me either content or get the gnome back on the road. Begging and asking nicely do not appear to work.

Sorry if this is a source of frustration to any of you. Believe me it has been a source of frustration on this end, however, it will be what it will be.
