We
spent our first week in Vegas relaxing after the Frolic.
Our second week was spent hitting the world famous Las
Vegas Casino's!
I'm not sure what it is about the air in Las Vegas but
this whole week went by in a blur of gambling and cocktail
lounges.
Rather than tell you every little detail I will just
give you a highlight or two and tell you how much we
lost playing the dollar slots at each hotel.
We won some, we lost some, but mostly we lost. Reminds
me of a slogan I once heard in Hawaii. "Thanks
for visiting...leave all your money."

On
our first night out, our first stop was the world-famous
Flamingo Hotel.
Toni Braxton was performing and we lost a total of $307
at the slots!

Yes,
we even went to the Hooters Casino!
They have a good 24 hour coffee shop there.
And, of course, after we were done with our coffee we
gambled and lost another $155.

|
But
our visit to Vegas did not end there
We went to
the Liberace Museum!
We actually didn't lose any money here except the cost
of admission. It was worth it though.

We
absolutely fell in love with the Luxor
Hotel until we lost another $178.
|
|

|
And
New York New York
where Lady Liberty was dressed up in a East Coast jersey
for the big NBA All Star Game! (We watched the game
from the Sport's Book there - and we're kinda glad our
team - the West - won!)

Ended up losing $50 at New York, New York. We should've
placed a bet on our team instead of betting on those
damn slots...again!

|
At
one point I actually thought our luck had changed at
the Tropicana. I
was up nearly $170 but the winning streak was short
lived. Actually only lost $20 here.

And
finally, on our last day of seeing the strip...we dropped
by Paris, Las Vegas
for a pastry!
Total loses: $710. Pastry at Paris, Las Vegas....Priceless.
