Tiki Jr. Meets His Aunties Cuzin's
Bruddah's Sistah!

My Hosts Are: Bob & Aimee

Next: Adopt A Gnome

I awoke the next day feeling refreshed and heard the sound of laughter coming from another part of the house.

Punagirl & Bob are tiki loving folks and had invited a few of the tikis from around the house to come visit with Tiki Jr. I haven't seen him this happy since we visited Metro Mint in San Francisco.

He introduced me to all the guys and I left them all to their stories of the Pacific.

I decided to relax and watch a little television with Bob. We watched some metal videos that Tony had given Bob in Hawaii. Wow what a blast from the past: Tora Tora, Babylon A.D., Judas Priest and Faster Pussycat, to name a few!

We were thoroughly engrossed in the videos when we heard a loud outburst from the room where the tiki guys were hanging out.

I rushed in and was greeted by a very excited Tiki Jr. They had all been talking story when Leilani, (above pictured to left of Tiki Jr.) had arrived.

Come to find out she is Tiki Jr's. Aunties Cuzin's Bruddah's Sistah! Wow it is a small world isn't it?

Seeing how Tiki Jr. had met a relative we took the opportunity to snap a few "family" photos.

The young lady to my left in the photo above is Pua. She had never met a gnome, let alone an actual traveling gnome before.

Let us just say that she was quite enthralled with our celebrity and wanted us to bring her along as, well, a groupie of sorts. It was quite a flattering gesture, however, I told her we simply could not afford the postage to bring her along with us.

Pua was not dissuaded by my attempts and announced that she would be leaving home and traveling the world when her parents, pictured above with us, arrived. Pua's father was not pleased with this announcement and told her they would be leaving shortly.

Pua and parents left promptly after this shot was taken. Sorry Pua's father. I'm living' the life of a jet-settin heartbreaker. It doesn't help that I am so dang handsome either.

The rest of the day was spent listening to exotica & the Crowes with the lights low, lava lamps glowing and the mai tai's flowing in celebration of Tiki Jr's. family reunion!
